Comment during Meeting

Public Hearings, Input and Comments

Citizen input is encouraged and appreciated during Council meetings. The public is invited to voice their opinions on specific items the Council is considering during Public Hearings and Public Input for those items. The public also has the opportunity to provide feedback on any general issue related to the City during Public Comments near the end of each City Council meeting.

Request to be on the Agenda

An individual or group may request the opportunity to present information during a Council meeting. This time is reserved for non-profits or individuals who are presenting information of general interest to the community.

These presentations are limited to 10 minutes and are subject to Council leadership approval. Presentations may not include requests for funding or address issues upon which the Council will act.
