The Planning Commission will meet Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. and will conduct a public hearing on the following:
Petition to rezone 480 E. 7th Street from R-1-6 to R-1-5.
Proposed ordinance to amend building height, setback, parking and design standards in the BEH Zone. The BEH zone is between Exchange Road and Stockman Way.
Petition to rezone from C-3/CO to R-3EC property at 539 22nd Street.
Proposed ordinance to further clarify multi-family standards in residential and commercial zones.
Proposed ordinance to rezone areas in the East Central Community from R-3EC to R-9 Nine Rails.
Proposed ordinance amendment to consider uses in the proposed R-9 zone to address live/work standards to control noise, odor, fumes and vibrations within a unit and identify types of uses which can occur within the R-9 Nine Rails zone.
