The following are what an inspector looks for during a Park Strip Trees and Landscaping Inspection.

Each residential building lot to have at least one small caliber diameter. Tree placed within the park strip except at corner lots require 1 on each street side of lot.

Trees must be substantially established at time of final inspection.
